What is VIP Consigning?

  • Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).

  • If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!

  • A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

  • Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

We require all VIP Consignors to let their items go Half Off and to Donate their remaining items.

All items will be discounted on our final discount days and All remaining unsold items will be donated to our Free Foster Family shopping experience. Items remaining after that will go to our Donation Partner.

Exceptions can be made for a limited number of Big Ticket Items only and your VIP Processor is NOT responsible for returning your unsold items.

Is there a Minimum of Maximum number of items for VIP Processing?

In order for this service to be beneficial to both you and your Processor, there is a 30 item Minimum and 200 item Maximum. Should you have more/less, it will be up to your Processor as to whether or not the items will be accepted.

Items must fit in your Processor's vehicle in ONE TRIP

There is a Junior Girls clothing limit of 25 items per Consignor number (there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.

These items should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall / Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands (with the exception of Matilda Jane), processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept long formal dresses or prom dresses.

Please note: our VIP Service is not intended to be a dumping ground for your unwanted items. There will be a $25 Excess Sorting Fee deducted from your check if 20% or more of your items are pulled due to stains, holes, incorrect season, overall cleanliness or they are broken/do not work. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you inspect your items prior to your Processor receiving them. Unacceptable items will NOT be returned to you and will automatically be donated, depending on condition.

What areas do your Processors cover?

We have Processors in the Cartersville, White, Taylorsville, Rome and Dallas areas.

If you are outside of these areas, but are interested in VIP Service, we will do our best to match you with a Processor nearest to your location that is available to meet up.

How do I pick up my Check?

The Consignor check will be available Via E-Checks! Make sure your email is correct and your check will be sent electronically ... you never have to even step foot back into the store!

What do I do about items that don't sell?

Remaining unsold items will be donated to our Free Foster Family shopping experience. Items remaining after that will go to our Donation Partner.

Exceptions can be made for a limited number of Big Ticket Items only and your VIP Processor is NOT responsible for returning your unsold items.
